Designed for intimate celebrations of up to 10 guests, our beautifully decorated upstairs room provides the perfect setting to gather with family and friends, share laughter, create memories, and celebrate the exciting arrival of your little one. From the moment you arrive, we'll take care of everything so you can relax and enjoy the occasion. Your celebration includes exclusive use of our private room for 2.5 hours, beautiful decorations, a delicious buffet, decorated cupcakes, tea and coffee, a complimentary 0.0% sparkling celebration drink for the mum-to-be, fun baby shower games, and full setup and cleanup. Unlike larger venues, Poppelwood offers a warm, cozy atmosphere where every guest feels part of the celebration. Whether you're planning a traditional baby shower or a modern baby sprinkle, we'll help you create a meaningful experience you'll remember long after the day has passed. Cancellation Policy
Baby Shower Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your Baby Shower Experience. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance can be paid on the day. The deposit is used to save your booking. Cancellations More than 14 days before the event: Any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded. 8 - 10 days before the event: 50% of the remaining balance will be refunded (the deposit remains non-refundable). Less than 8 days before the event: No refund will be given, as food, staffing and preparations will already have been arranged. Rescheduling If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Where availability allows, we will happily transfer your booking to another date at no additional charge if requested at least 14 days before the event. Requests made within 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed. Guest Numbers Our Baby Shower Experience is designed for up to 10 guests. Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days before your event, as this is when food and supplies are ordered. Food & Dietary Requirements Any allergies or dietary requirements must be provided no later than 8 days before your event, to allow us to prepare everything on time. While we will do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Poppelwood Cancellation In the unlikely event that Poppelwood needs to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund of all monies paid. Damage The person making the booking is responsible for any damage caused by guests during the event. Charges may apply for any deliberate or excessive damage to the venue or its contents.
